Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We use FedEx for all our deliveries. Standard shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Approx. shipping to the following locations –

Spain  £23.32
Poland  £27.65
Germany  £21.36
United States £62.75

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

All fees imposed during shipping include all Customs, Duties and Taxes.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will provide you with a full refund. You have 30 days to return all Mattress Carrier Clamps.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, you should contact us for instructions on how to send returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us for instructions on how to send returns.
